They saw themselves cloned over and over again by the government, their forms twisted in a series of wide-ranging experiments. They were the ones used as the base bodies for the "clone weapon." In desperation, the two joined hands and took their own lives. The father himself was filled with anger. So he set fire to the research laboratory.; He was then kicked out of Pioneer 2 and dumped onto Ragol. However, he could never forget about his two daughters. Time passed, and the government's attention went away from cloning and towards the great unknown that was C.A.R.D. Technology. As a result... the "clone weapon" research ended in supposed failure, and the test cases were thrown into an abandoned laboratory on Ragol. The man met them again once more in that broken-down old building. But they were changed... they were living weapons, and there were dozens. Still, the man wished for his twin daughters to come back to him. He still does now... ...looking on at all his daughters, twisted into irrepairable shapes. He'll probably keep on wishing... forever.
