Red: Good work. Thanks to your support, we captured the item the government was after. It's currently undergoing analysis in our lab. Apparently, they were searching for these files from a man named "Blitz" which might contain info on the "Great Shadow." We can't decrypt them without the section ID of that certain individual. Section IDs contain the complete personal records of an individual person, so a brute-force approach to finding the ID could be difficult. Of course, finding the person whose ID unlocks this thing is tough, too. Also, in an unrelated development, we managed to hack into the government's central control computer again. It was dangerous work, but we got in some incredible new info. We haven't completely decrypted this info yet, but apparently, the government is developing an ultimate weapon on Ragol. If we leave them, we could be in a very dangerous situation. We have to confirm that this is true... Go to the area specified in the data, and see what you can discover. If you find anything dangerous, then you'll just have to destroy it. We're counting on you!
