I was a big fan of Kain. He was the primary magic user for my party later in the game, mainly because he could wipe out those flying tank-like things on Dezolis and his Gaj techniques were the second strongest technique (Megid being the first) that you could use on Mother Brain.<p>My party was Rolf, Anna, Amy, and Kain for most of the game. Probably because I like well-balanced parties. Rolf was my single-target strongman with some tech backup, Anna my multi-target strongwoman, Amy my healer, and Kain my tech-user.

I never used Megid on MB. Partially due to the fact that I'd run out of Star Mists, but I preferred to just use NaFoi and NaGaj...<p>The Aerotanks annoyed me so much until Kain became my preffered fourth character. I can't be bothered with Amy.

I was tempted to level up Amy enough to get that, but I'd settled with a party I loved and so she didn't fit in. Here's why:<p>Rolf- NeiSword and you have to have him...<br>Rudo- Incredibly strong, high stamina and NeiShot.<br>Kain- NaGaj, cheap techniques, high TP.<br>Anna- NeiSlasher... OK, that's not such a great reason, but she's hotter than Amy anyway.

Amy's Nasar is good, but it consumer a lot of TP. You can't use it too much.

In order to really utilize NaSar Amy has to be on a really high level. But I mean that's great if you like to fight monsters forever and a day to get her there...<p>hehe, that's great logic Forge... %)

I'm pretty sure NaSar uses about 55 tp (please, correct me if I am wrong), so, unless you have an addiction to level up, you can use it maybe twice. It is a lot less hassle to have Shir steal Star-Dew. I usually take Rudo, Kain, and Anna, so I really can't preach about the uses of Amy.

I can rarely be bothered with healers...<p>Why heal mid battle when you can attack?<p>Just use Star Mists. Even if it takes years to get them.

Healing is not the only power that Amy has. Deban. Saner. Shift. Sashu. Amy has all these and are very useful in the fight against DF.

Snow Crown. Have Anna use it. She has the most agility.

Deban is but one of the four techniques that I listed. Saner, Shift, and Sashu help a lot as well for as long as the fight is with DF.

Yes. That is, until DF possesses her and she cant use it. You make a good point, dont get me wrong, but Anna is a valueable commodity when you're actually GETTING to DF. Plus, Deban was the key to me beating DF the first time.

Oh yeah, there's that dang possessing power. I think I'll go upload my PSII game and try my luck with Rolf, Rudo, Kain, and Anna. That sounds like a good combo.

Just give Anna some Star Mists if you need a healer. And Moon Dews to Rolf and Rudo.<p>Thats what I did.
