Phantasy Star IV

New to Phantasy Star IV. I have a Windows i3 laptop with intel HD graphics 520, up to 2109 Dynamic video memory, 4GB DDR and 1000 GB HDD. Is it enough it play the game flawlessly?

It's a game that was made back in 1993.
I used to play the rom on an older pc. It shouldn't be a problem to run it smoothly these days.

Back in the days I played emulated Sega MegaDrive/Genesis games on a 150MHz PPC (yes that's a single core CPU) Mac.
If your PSIV stutters, you might have a virus or trojan... or just bloated Win10.
