Is the Profound Darkness dead?

Postby DarkMyau » Sat Nov 15, 2014 1:05 pm

I wonder

If Chaz and co took her out, once and for all. That would mean she wasn't really a god and just a very powerful entity.

Personally I think she was a god and thus cant be killed. So I believe the Algo system has dark days ahead. They might get a few thousand years off, but she will be back.

But if she is gone, then...

What will Le Roof and co do now? They are incredibly powerful, and now have no purpose. They might just decide to go on a killing spree of their own. After all who should rule the universe if not them?

And don't forget any Dark Forces that are lurking about. Are they going to look for revenge, or are they going to spread out and try to pick on a weaker star system?

If Japanese RPGs are any indication, in these stories gods can be killed. :)

Dead probably.

I do wonder what happened to her after she did die...

Exactly.

And why not? Many cultures had gods/goddesses who were mortal...for example, the Norse.

As one Dark Falz came from Earth, and thus the entity isn't linked to the Profound Darkness, it could always come back from wherever there is a high enough concentration of negative thoughts.
