Regarding Medusa/Mirror Shield...theoretically it would be possible. You'd just need quite a bit of luck regarding going first and what not.

Nei/Neifirst is actually not even that hard. Have Shir steal enough Trimate to fill Nei's inventory, get her to level 40 (you'll need at least 160 HP), and it isn't even bad. Might take a couple tries, but it's definitely doable.

Re-Faze...if Chaz was level 99, you had a shitload of SOL-DEW, and got lucky with Re-Faze only doing moderate damage, you'd have a shot on paper. I'm not crazy enough to try it, though, not without hacking Chaz up to level 99, at least.

Would you have a better chance of Killing Re Faze if you had a party of 5 ? Even though only Chaz goes into the room alone ... Anyway, the fifth character if a healer, have them on healing duty, Raja spam Miracle, Na-Sar and Regen, St.Fire and other Holy Attacks do only 1 damage to De Vars, Sa Lews, Alys illusion and Re Faze, so have him Physically attack (if you don't have him and Rune with 2 shields), Kyra use Medice and NaRes and Spam Tandle and then Physical attack when said skill uses are gone, Hahn spam NaRes and Astral, physical attack when Astral is gone, Demi use Medical Power and Recover, Phonon and Physical attack, and Gryz physical attack and War Cry, of course you will have to hack them into the part though.

Only Chaz fights Re-Faze. I am sure hacking the game so that you had a full party would make it so Re-Faze could be beaten at a reasonable level, but it would also defeat the purpose.

I might use a save state editor to make Chaz level 99 and try it. I am really curious now.

Have you ever got Rune, the first short time you have him, ever bothered to get him leveled up (like over level 17), I do sometimes, Once I got him up to level 20 during solo grinding.I took about half an hour, but I got there.

I have a question, there is an enemy in PS4 in Nurvus, called a "Greneris", it is a recolour of Juza, a guard of Zio, there is also another stronger colour swap called a "Radhin", they can in appear in groups of 1-4 or with other enemies, but is this the case with Greneris ? They only seem to appear in a single group.
