Now to explain my choice...

Rika is the toughest support character not only in this series, but possibly in any RPG ever. Not only is she second only to Raja in her ability to use healing magic, not only does she have Deban and Saner (which make boss fights WAY easier), but she's very tough as well. Normally, characters like that are more like Rune, Raja, Noah, and Amy, in that they are very weak physically. Not Rika.

And to clarify (as I did on the other poll): this isn't about the best character as far as character development related to the plot, but the most useful character.
