Phantasy Star Generation 1 Roadpass Help..

I need to know how to exactly get this roadpass the steps. Some people give partial help others refer to gamefaqs. If there is anyone who can accurately give a step by step known way to do this would be highly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It would not be as fun if someone told you where to get it. However, if you really must know go to the port town of scion (i think thats what it is called; havent played it in 9 years) and buy the secret from the dealer there.
