My vacation ended. And it's freezing here again. between -10 and -20. I hate it. My asthma gets worse when temperature get under -5 celcius. The dry air really "grinds" my lungs. Luckily I can live without any medication at summertimes.

Also, have you ever gotten "lost" on the internet? I started researching radiant floor heating, and now I'm watching high resolution videos of Jupiter on Youtube. How did that happen?

Oh, I've definitely gotten lost for a long time on sites like wikipedia and tvtropes. In fact, at the end of this past school year, I had all my grades and my end-of-the-year checklist done early and I only had to supervise kids for about half the day during the last week, and rather than do something productive, I think I spent a lot of that week on tvtropes. Each link just led to another set of links that I wanted to read and I think I just about maxed out the tabbed browsing.

We decided to throw it out the window and try a different one, which incidentally was more complicated... Five hours later, it was completed and working...

I crawl out of my hole long enough to renew my driver's license today. Why is it that DMV pictures always showcase the absolute worst of your appearance? I look like I just got in a bar fight, complete with what appears to be a bloody nose and 2 black eyes.

England just shuts down due to snow. So that means that I got a day off school and another tomorrow. Already prestige 2 on black ops...

I just got confused because I saw December 2nd at the top of posts and I KNEW today was the 1st. Then I remembered that I never changed my time settings, and yes, it is December 2nd already in parts of the world and my life is not passing me by faster than it already is. I iz smrt.

I'm like that every December (and then again in March around my birthday). Nothing like the end of another year to make me feel like life is going by too quickly. (And thanks for the review of my story! I'm falling behind reading everyone else's stories, but you're definitely on the list.)

I now have a tube of whip cream with my name on it in the refrigerator at work. I wonder what my coworkers think of that.

Vacations from my work started a week ago and now I'm done with my final exam. FIVE HOURS OF EXAM... No breaks, except for the toilet. I don't even know if I'm going to pass that subject... I honestly doubt it, but no sense in stressing over it now... I only have to hand in a report next monday, but that's something easy to do... I guess I'm unofficially in vacation. I'll rest, play a bit and tonight, more writing.

Edit: One of my cats is asleep with me on my bed. It's the gray adult cat. Damn feline... She's asleep next to my foot and even like that, when she feels the tip of my toe, all she does is bite... Fortunately, I'm wearing a very thick sock because of the recent cold air, especially because I don't want to risk getting sick again.
