Its is ok. it does hit on all points in cannon PS, but it has also fan fiction the "fits" into cannon (cannon ball?).

I don't like it. It takes some pretty big liberties with the story before the first Phantasy Star, says Noah is not Lutz, and marks AW 1286 as the date for PSII.

Some points I like but others are just silly...

I think there afew people that take the whole PS story and take it out of context because at times it doesn't add up.

Yes noa is Lutz for sure... just a translation error.

Oh yeah,

I remember that. Maxx and Mike put that together because they wanted to have a unified, cohesive timeline for their stories. It operated on the basic assumption that anything said in the English version was completely canon. So, for example, the story in the PSI instruction manual about alien priests corrupting Lassic is taken for gospel (which could work, oddly enough.). Then they used their stories to fill in the gaps, so to speak.I never really cared for it, but it was an interesting way to structure stories. It must have given them a good framework to work with. Fanon though, ultimately and as with all fanon, it is mostly useless.
