Phantasy star I, what do you do?

After you get out of the first town where do you go, cant get past robots and cant just wonder too far from saftey, not very user friendly. So how do i get that road-pass or what do i actually do?? I'm level 3 or 4 i think.

You level up a couple times and gather money by fighting Sworms and Scorpions. Then you buy some new equipment. At this point you should be strong enough to move farther out.

Talk to the people, and explore.

so you dont try to get through those tubes, you just keep exploring until you get to a new town? Thanks! Whenever i play it next ill just keep going out (probably up away from trees).

Start game. Get 50 mst in the warehouse, in Camineet. Go outside and fight one Scorpion (ignore sworms and scorpions if they come in twos). Return and heal at Suelo's house. Go outside and kill another Scorpion. Go back and heal again. Go to Parolit and buy an Iron Sword. Now you can really give yourself some freedom to explore the world around Camineet and figure out where to go and what to do next.

yes its unfortunate, but you aimlessly have to level-up in the beggining. buy the iron sword to make it easier until you can afford the Titanium Sword. you can then "start" playing the game.
