Does anyone else think Odin and Rudo look like Duke Nukem ? They even use big guns. Well, looking at the character, I should say, does Duke Nukem look like Rudo and Odin ?

There was another character that looks like Odin and Rudo. He's from "Hokuto no Ken 2" and he's the leader of the Gento Koken, named Falco. I couldn't find a picture of him, but here's what his action figure looks like:

That is very possible, except Arnold's hair is darker. But it's entirely possible they were based off of either Terminator, which came out in '84, or Commando which came out in '85. Predator came out the same year as Phantasy Star 1. American cinema really does influence Japanese pop culture, and it's likely one of the developers saw one of those movies and went, "That is awesome, give him an axe or a lazer cannon!"

Yhea, that was the symbol for the white thug in the 80! Now the "cliché" is the bald hair whit a beard trim very short. (damm i am a cliché...)

Back in the 80's the evil twin was the one with hair between the nose and upper lip.
