Hmmm lets see.... your logic fails at the point you said join missions with other people.

I am lvl 22 and all the games I try to join are either locked or require me to be lvl 40+. And I don't spam people to be my friends when I am in the field or lobbies. Infact the few missions I have been able to join nobody talked even when I tried to create convo.

I can see Hubbs' problem. The fact that not many new people are playing the game is a problem for low level characters and finding parties.

i'm not a new person to the game. I've had it since its release last year and have given it a few chances and each time its failed.

Understandable as well I suppose. I have also cancelled my account twice due to boredom...

However, I was not saying that you were new, I was making a shot at your lower level. You would be in the same "boat" as newer players, and the ability to level up without a community would be difficult.
