I hate the wannabe FOnl religious icon or whatever the heck she's supposed to be chick already. She looks like a horrific, demented cross between Yuna in mid-henshin sequence in the FFX-2 opening, a FOnewearl, a HUnewearl and Rinoa. And the front of her hair is disturbing. What's with the spikes sticking up? X_x;<p>Nevermind me, I just happen to loathe all of the PSU character design so far. XP

Reminds me of FF8 done subpar.<p>But if that is what it takes, a PS+FF hybrid just to bring the FF fanboys over, then PSU is screwed.<p>And my earlier comment, I meant the PS 2 instruction book calls Tsu a laser beam/beam of light. <p>I accidentally put PS 3.

Funny, most people like the designs, at the very least they beat PSO's by a mile and a half.

Only because it's a new PS title.<p>"OMFG, we must worship it because it's the best and the closest thing we will ever have to PS again<p>If we hate it, there will be no more PS.."<p>Of course PSU is better than PSO for PC, which is 3-4 years ago. <p>As for episode 3 and episode 2, PSO is better.<p>

I like the more casual styles...<p>Some stuff like the FOnewms and FOnewearls...(as Jherm and I call them)..."ass pants" didn't fly to well for me. Also...I'm sure we have only seen a small fraction of the outfits

Welcome to Abercombrie and Chaz. XP<p>I dunno, I kind of like PSO's goofy designs. I mean, it's impossible to take a FOmar seriously. X3<p>Then again, it's impossible to take the PSU chars we've seen so far seriously, either. I just want to die laughing at how ludicrous the design is so far. XP

the new designs are better. The PSO art was horrible (except some of the androids). the Forces were awful. and the Hunters looked awful too, especially costume-wise. <p>PSU's style seems to be more into casual clothing rather than clown outfits, so it's a pretty decent improvement. <p>the only outfits that looked fairly good in PSO were the Ranger uniforms.

PS1, PS2, PS3 and PS4 clothing styles were 100000 times better than PSO. the armor too. although I admit the photon PSO weapons are really cool.
