Party threads?

Are party threads considered "spam"? If not, are they allowed in this forum? I'm just curious.

Yes, they are considered SPAM. There used to be a 'bored' thread that was where people were able to post non-sensical and silly messages, but Missagh closed the thread after several requests by members from this board.

Just for the record, could you elaborate for me and let me know, specifically, what SPAM is considered? Different MB's seem to have different views on it.

SPAM is anything that wont add to a conversation and serves the sole purpose of adding to post count.

I think it might be good to have a "sandbox" for spammers in the "General Discussion" forum. That "bored" thread sounded like a great idea.<p>That way if they're all stuck in the General Discussion forum, people who want to avoid a useless waste of time, space, and bandwidth could stick to the PS forum.

It was an awesome idea, But i respect missagh's descision to close my brain child...<p>I think we shouldnt have something like bored though....Cuz in a round-about way....it kinda agrees for spamming.... know what i mean?

...And in the first place, spamming an internet forum is one of the biggest wastes of time conceivable to me. If there is something that wastes time more than doing something ineffectively, it is doing effectively that which should not be done at all.
