I checked on Phantasy Star Trilogy

I went to the Jack of all games website at www.jackofallgames.com it's not even listed on that site. I remember that it was supposed to come out the first quarter of this year, so I figured that the company making the game would have info... not a thing.... as if it didn't exist. I wonder what's going on... did they scrap the idea? Or has another company picked it up and started making it.. anyone know anything?

By "Trilogy", they mean PS1, 2 and 4 remakes. 1 was being translated, but the company that was doing it had just withdrawn and the work stopped. PS2 isn´t even out yet in Japan, and I believe they haven´t yet started to work on PS4... so you better get a seat, because you will be waiting a loooong time to get the games.

Jack of all Games is merely the distributor, Conspiracy Entertainment is supposedly the publisher/localizing party. Again, as has been said millions of times before, the Japanese releases *will* come before any other language, and PSII isn't even coming out until 2 weeks from today. PSIV...isn't even being shown yet, in an early stage of development of otherwise.<p>-Corey

Honestly this is because from personal experience, non-japanese game sites , that are supposed to have the news on japanese games coming to different cultures., suck.<p>EB = they had Ys VI stacked on the floor...........blasphemers<br>IGN = ....eh...what happened to game sages....<br>Gamestop = a little less dumb...but still dont keep their tabs on anything very well...<br>Then theres just all those fansites and private run sites.....you can never really trust any of that <p>Maybe I just have bad luck w/ that stuff.....

I was on E-Bay the other day, and they were selling Phantasy Star Generation 1 and Phantasy Star Generation 2. Which is PS1 and PS2 remaked on Playstation 2, japanese versions. PS2 must be out already in japan then.

Ebay isnt a reliable source for information....(See the Lucifer's HotPocket auction for confirmation of this -_-).<p>I dont see what the big hold up is anyways it cant be THAT difficult to remake a 16 bit game....I thought we had all this high-tech stuff for a reason
