Any connection between Neifirst and the "real villains&

I would be inclined to agree with Mono regarding Nei/Neifirst's increased capacity to learn. It makes perfect sense that since Nei's body was maturing so rapidly, that her mind would mature rapidly as well.
As for how Neifirst knew all tehm big skool words an hard stuf, I would speculate that since she was a creature that was bio-engineered in a lab, that it wouldn't be too far a stretch to suggest that perhaps, being bio-engineered, Mother Brain had created her with a certain amount of base knowledge, already instilled within her. Mother Brain certainly had the capacity. Of course, this is just a speculation, but...

I thought that Neifirst became sentient by a surge of energy which was meant for the Climacontrol plant that maintains the current weather of the planet Mota in that era. Her ability to uncover knowledge of genetic manipulation, combat ability and the ecosystem of Mota in such a short life period (two years.) must be a result of her evolution from the energy she recieved from Mother Brain. Here's the script where this is proven:

The data must be ready. You'd better get going to the library!"
- (Librarian) "Analysis on the recorder has been completed. The cause of the accident in
the Biosystems lab was an overload of energy poured into the system all at once. As a
result, the creature made a rapid evolution. This creature does not fit into the cycle of
nature, thus should not exist. And because this kind of creature was created, the natural
cycles went out of order. Please look at this graph. It shows the amount of energy
consumed in the last couple of years. Let's overlap the graphs of temperature and
rainfall on it. As you see, the energy which was to be used by Climacontrol to control
temperature and rainfall seems to have flowed into the Biosystems lab. Biohazard could
be something that was schemed up by someone. Please find out why the energy leaked from Climacontrol."

The analysis is complete. Looks like the cause of the accident was an energy overflow to the bio-system. The overflow caused an intense, rapid evolution of this planet's species that did not fit in to the normal ecosystem. Because of them, the entire planet's ecosystem crashed. It appears as though the energy used for the rain maker surged into the bio-system instead, and as a result the rain stopped and these monsters were produced. It is possible that someone deliberately caused the overflow of the system. I want you to find out why the flow occurred, Agent Yushisu. This key tube shall enable you to pass the West Bridge. Farewell!

It's slightly different but I like it more o.o

I don't find that either version of PS2's script, explaining the origins of Neifirst and the biomonsters to be that much different from each other -- they basically explains it the same way. :/
