lol ya siren, its kinda hard to keep a full bank when you keep training new mags...but who needs meseta, i haven't found a charge weapon that'd be worth carrying anyways. vjaya is closest but i take chain sawd over it without much thought at all.

I used to not like the charge weapons, but I swear by Charge Vulcans (50% hit) in Ultimate for taking out bosses. It just rips through them! And as Benoit pointed out, by Ultimate it's pretty easy to have a bank with 999,999 meseta and up to 999,999 on you, so why NOT use charge weapons? ;)
In ultimate a good sword-type (red sword, if I could EVER find one... <_<, Dragonslayer with killer % in meantime) and my Charge Vulcan allow me to rip through just about anything. Most of the time I don't even use the Charge ability, but when you need extra punch fast, it's sweet.
"Crappiest" Rare weapon? Hmm, in my opinion, I guess that would be Diska of Liberator. I found so many with my Redria RAmarl and never found it to be useful, especially since she uses shot-type weapons mostly and Vulcans. However, my HUcaseal liked them, so... um... hmm...

you find a chain sawd with shitty percents and it will beat your dragon slayer with killer percents. then again, im kinda bias against dragon slayer cus i HATE IT!

However, ever since I found my Demo Comet off that red slime in ult caves 3 with 35 hit that's been my high level HUne's mainstay. But, when it comes time for crowd control, ANY sword-type with 75 hit is going to be useful. ;)
That said, I like the Chain Sawd too.
After all this time, and playing with a Skyly HUne a lot of the time at time, I STILL haven't gotten a Red Sword to drop. ARG!!!!!!
*breathes*

I would agree with her Joel....Dragon Slayer with 75 Hit would be much better than the Sawd....
35 Hit Demo Comet? Theres something I wouldn't mind having...I would use that over my Black King Bar (boring weapon).

WHY DO YOU NEED PERCENTS?
My Musashi 1-A.Beast ?% (I forget)
My Musashi 2-Machine 35%
My Musashi 3-same as one

Because percents increase the power of your weapon versus a type of monster.
Suppose your weapon has an attack power of 100 ATP. If it has 35% for A. Beast, the weapon's ATP will temporarily be increased by 35 ATP when you hit such a monster.
It's kind of the same with Hit %.

Nah...Hit % is different.
If your weapon has 15% on Hit, then you gain 15 ATA. If it has 75% to hit (like Seru's dragon slayer) then you gain 75 ATA. But once again, only when using the weapon.

Wrong, Neo. Hit % is based on the weapon's ATA, just like the other percents that enhance damage are based on the ATP of the weapon.

Nope..I don't believe that is correct...
My 30% Hit Combats add 30 ATA which is more than 100% of waht the combats add.

Isn't hit % the chance of hitting an enemy, perhaps?

Nope, it just adds an ATA bonus.

[Edit by Neo48 on [TIME]1112793178[/TIME]]

hit% does just add however much ata the percent is like neo said. but im quite sure that the % on like, say native or something is based on the weapons atp. take for example the 95 native durandal neo has. it does ALOT more than just 95 more atp would do as i've witnessed.
