FOmar in trouble?

I'm wondering, what are the best weapons for a FOmar in PSO ep. 1-2?<p>My best weapons yet are a Diska of liberator and a Rappy fan...<p>Thanks!

Soul Eater is a useful weapon to have... It's easy to get hold of and has a low ATP requirement. The HP loss is negligible with Resta.<p>Another weapon to consider for a melee Force is Elysion, which is not too rare and has an MST requirement instead of ATP...<p>And the Photon Claw animation is pretty cool for a Fomar...<p>Apparently though, the best weapons include Heaven Punisher, Brave Knuckle and some more, but these are awkward to find...

Heaven Punisher is Ranger-only. -_-;;;<p>What's best for a melee FOmar to use depends. What difficulty, what level, what version(Ep1&2 or BB) are you online or off, what ID are you, do you have/are you willing to have other characters to raise to find items, etc?<p>I raised a FOmar on BB as a melee FOmar(As opposed to my GC FOmar who was raised offline techspamming), and a Soul Eater, Double Saber and Varista/Bravace took care of me up until Ult. Slicers can be a greatly useful thing, Rappy's Fan is decent, a Diska of Braveman with Hit % is a wonderful thing to have...<p>For Ult, I favour a Soul Banish, S-Rank Twin and Holy Ray - Mind you, of course, that unless you're online, an S-Rank Twin is unobtainable. A good set of Hit % Charge Vulcans can fill that gap nicely, though, or a Red Saber.<p>Elysion isn't that great, plus if you're playing a melee FOmar the way I do, it'll be a while before you can even use it! XD I'm a great fan of using POW/DEX mags with 0 MIND on them, and eating Power mats. I do, of course, always raise and keep a MIND mag as well for tech learning/situations online where melee is utterly inappropriate.<p>Keep in mind that if you are online in Ult, that it will take you quite some time to assemble stuff(Doing c-mode can take a while, Soul Banish is a somewhat difficult drop, and finding someone to do Holy Ray runs with can be irksome - Holy Ray isn't too hard, you just need to have one of the right IDs and the patience for boss runs. Red Saber/Charge Vulcs are boringly easy hunts).<p>Keep in mind also online that you will suck until your levels start getting decent. Before L130 at the earliest, I wouldn't do it online in Ult. Offline, go ahead.<p>

That is correct, Kirst.<p>FOmars also get double range with Shifta and Deband.

being a FO it could be alot of things depending on your level. like forge said elysion is great but you really dont need any ATP so look for a wepon with mind boost. if you are looking for ATP and MST get a hildebear cane or hildeblue cane.

Like I said, Soul Eater x3 --> Gif0i3 --> GG, gnore.<p>Or... beat the enemies with a soul eater, then bust out some grants/gi spells and kill a group. =\<br><p>[size=small][Edit by Kirst on [TIME]1121461965[/TIME]][/size]

Thats great Tails99, i see i started a good thread for once... I'll keep an eye out for Elysion or them Hildebear canes too... By the way, is Supressed gun RaMar only?

Morning Glory...very powerful claw, useable by Forces.<p>Also, a very popular choice for FOmars is the S-Rank Twin (Double Saber). But that requires online challenge mode :p

Furthermore, the FOmar claw animation is the fastest, and thus best, claw animation.<p>I find that I'm mostly using my fully grinded Double Saber, the Soul Eater and Elysion with my FOmar, Noah. I'm seriously meleeing, and trying to get him into Ultimate. Lv30 S/D and Z with Lv24 J works wonders.<p>And using the Double Saber with a General/Battle is great, until I get the Nar Lily to drop me a Devil/Battle...

hey, I found a brave knuckle the other day. Actually does more damage than my Yamato, but only strikes three times as opposed to the Yamato's five, and the range is horrible. HUnewearls... nice idea, but who made the legs so long and the arms so short? XD

I wouldn't really know much about being a Force but I do have an Elysion and it does have some pretty good stats
