It was the BEST shoot 'em up PC game I ever played! The guns look and sound real, the damage you take is real, and the guns it has are ones America still has! :D However....
On Easy, you could get shot in the head repeatedly and still keep standing. :D
On Moderate, it's a bit harder.
On hard.....well....even on full health, you'd get killed a mile away with one shot from a pistol! ~0
What I'm tryna say is, if you like shoot 'em up PC games, you'll REALLY like Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. Try it out. :D
By the way, for those of you who HAVE played it, what's your favorite weapon? I like the Sniper Rifle and the Shotgun. #)
[Edit by Prince Noah on [TIME]1085804001[/TIME]]

I like the Garand too, but it only reloads when you use up all bullets, and it makes a loud noise so everyone can hear. ~0

Those games are not shoot'em ups! There are FPS games.
FPS = First-Person Shooter

Absolutely not, and I'm pretty sure everyone will agree with me.
A shoot-'em up is third-person shooter that most of the time makes you control a ship. The screen scrolls by itself.
Thank you for your ignorance.

Thank you for your ignorance.

Ignorance? I'm the only one that's tellin the truth. :p Besides, a shoot 'em up game is a game that has guns in it. :p
Oh! And again, don't EVER speak to your Uncle that way. :p

I play MOH:AA too, maybe we can play together some time #) Do you have Xfire? :?

Sounds like fun. Maybe we can. But no, I don't have Xfire. But I think I can get the game to load up some how so you and I can play together. :D

[Edit by Prince Noah on [TIME]1085859480[/TIME]]

You're completely wrong, Noah, as you mostly are.
This is a shoot 'em up:

Definition of shoot em up
A fixed shooter is a game where the player has limited control of their character and the focus is almost entirely on annihilation of their enemies. There are several major sub-genres.
Stationary shooter
A stationary shooter has players only able to control their two-dimensional position on the screen and sometimes the direction they are facing.
Scrolling shooter
Often similar to stationary shooters, the scrolling shooter has the players auto-moving throughout a level at a mostly fixed speed. These can either be vertically, horizontally or forward based. At nearly all times direction is fixed with limited flexibility in the case of forward based.

A FPS is:

A first-person shooter (FPS) is a video game genre combining an action computer or video game with a first person view where the player's on-screen view of the game world simulates that of the character's. The term first-person shooter derives from the game's first person perspective, and from the fact that the gameplay tends to emphasize shooting. In its most basic sense, the phrase simply means any shooting game with a first person perspective (which would mean games like Wing Commander, Crossbow and many combat flight simulators, etc.).
