Can anyone recommend a graphics program that will let me edit scanned pictures, but will still let me free draw (pixilated)? What's the word on Photo Shop? How about Paint Shop Pro? Do you know of any freeware that will let me do this? Help is appreciated.

Photoshop can do that, and more! Can't help with anything else though.

Paint Shop Pro 8 is what I use. It's probably your best bet since it's got a free trial. Photoshop costs a friggin' arm and a leg, but it's by far the greatest program for messing around with pic stuff.
But yes! Go to:
http://www.jasc.com/products/trialreg.asp?pid=k-psp8-usdir
If you wanna download it. ^_^

Ack, I would download the trial, but I have Dial-Up. Can Photoshop let you draw, like Paint?
Yes Photoshop can do that. But it has so much options, some of which I don't yet know what they do. You can also pick different light angles and colour the lights!

I knew there was a free program out there, but I couldn't remember it so save my life! Well now, even if a bit late here it is:
http://www.gimp.com/

Sounds cool! I'll give it a shot once I got some spare time for it. :)
