That's presumptuous, Benoit. I think PS Lassic is just exited about the PSP, and I can't blame him.

Geez, the Nintendo portable looks like an ugly calculator with fewer buttons. The double screen might be a cool feature, though, if they know how get advantage of it.
The Sony portable looks pretty. Simple, good screen size, and good titles. Before they were released, Sony 1x0 Nintendo.

I was going to post a DS topic, too. The graphics of the DS are unbelievable.

I'm just so pissed at the PSP. Sony already basically got the home console industry in their hands, and now they are going to try to f*ck up the portable one.

Look's like they're on the right track with the PSP, though. So how would that mean that they're going to fuck up the portable console business? Your assuming too much based on your hate for the PS2.

Nintendo was in trouble anyway. They fell way behind, and I also think they took way to long to make the GC. With all these portables coming out they may be rushing things. They need to take their time, but at the same time not waste time.

The graphics of the DS are way better than the PSP. Death Jr. looks like a PSone game while that Metroid game is almost up to par with it's console counterpart.

These are good ideas, and amazing hand helds, but do you realize how much these things are going to cost? I heard a sticker price for the PSP was about...$600.00. That much for a a hand held (and dumbed down?) Playstation 2. And as for the Nintendo DS...having 2 screens is helpful, but ultimately wasteful because most of the developers will employ it as a map screen. Of course, being able to play GBA games as well as GCN games is really cool, especially on a hand held...though the DS will probably cost at least as much as the PSP.
I can't see either of these machines being very popular with the masses.

No, the PSP will cost $300 at the most. Expect the DS to be cheaper.

I'm gonna get both buti[l get the DS first because of teh price. Nintendo should've added at least a small analog stick under teh dpad for all the 3d games.

No, the PSP will cost $300 at the most.

Ummm...PS Lassic, I live in Canada. I'm assuming that your price is American...and if you work exchange out, your price is pretty much doubled for to get a Canadian price...$600! So I was right...
