As I said earlier, Hugues Johnson's Aridia can do that. With it, you can change a late game shop's inventory to include those items.

However, as with PSII, PSIII has equipment that cast techs when used as an item, and don't disappear when you use them. The two items that function like Moon Dew you can get early on. The first one you get (for free) when you head for Aridia for the first time, the second one is in the Cille armor shop, where it's less than half the price of a Moon Dew. Said item can also be bought later in the game.

I do not know what you are referring to, this "Hugues Johnson's Aridia" What do you mean?
I have never seen any way to buy these items in Aridia.

And I do not know which items you refer to that can be used as Moon Dew. Going to have to look this up...
I see NOTHING in the PS3 Shrine that I use that mentions this...

Aha, the Force Claw, eh? Can be used for REVER.
Force Vest can be used for REVER.
Royal Chest can be used for GIRES (I guess this is what you consider to be euivalent to Star Mist?)
Steel Fiblira can be used also for GIRES

They sure as Heaven do not make this information readily available!! I had to search like HELL to find it.

Still, though, I prefer the ability to Buy Star Mist and Moon Dew in Generation 3.

Does it work with .smd files?

If so, I could have some fun here. I'd be able to make later shops sell the Star Mist and Moon Dew...and a few other improvements I'd like to do.

I can see where this tool would limit what YOU want to do, since what you want to do involves almost a near-total re-write...this appears to be a tool to tweak the existing rather than a near-total re-write, like you have in mind.

But thanks for sharing this. And, if anyone knows....does it work with .smd files?
