I though he was just confusing PSI to some other game. But as time has passed I have stumbled on to few cases of proof to that Mega Drive version of PSI. Latest was found from
Sega Wiki:
In Japan only, it was re-released for the Sega Mega Drive in a limited-edition cartridge.
Has anyone actually seen this game? Even photos of the cartridge?

It's basically a collector's stuff. The game is identical to the SMS one.

So it's really the same thing as the original Japanese release. Except you won't be able to get FM music from this version, because the Mega Drive lacks the Yamaha YM2413 chip that the Japanese Master System had built-in.

If you load it on a Japanese MD (or an American Genesis set to JP mode), the console even boots with the Mark III splash screen. It'll load on a non-modded American Genesis as well, but with no Mark III screen.

I was hoping for real remake, with better graphics.
At least I finally know what it is really about and it really exists.

Indeed. I actually had an opportunity to buy this game too, from the friend of mine who told me about it. But I wasn't intrested.
I also
sold my Master System to a friend of mine for 100 markkas (our old currency, close to 20 euros now), and gave two control pads and Spy vs. Spy with it. Why? Because I had "Master System converter"... Which only worked with my japanese Mega Drive, that eventually broke.
Oh... What a mistake...
