Dungeons & Dragons: Warrios of the Eternal Sun for Mega Drive
It has same kind of idea like in PSI. Dungeons are 3D and outside views are from-top.

LANDS OF LORE! (It must be in all caps because Patrick Stewart is saying it.) But only the first one. I know nothing of the others. It's a PC game, anyway.

Also, the Etrian Oddysee games for the DS are all about mapmaking and such, even if I can't spell it.

Dungeon Magic for the NES and possibly some japanese computer system, as well.

I think most of the Ultimas up to 6 had 3D dungeons in addition to Ultima 1, though they switched to overhead for combat.

Pretty much the entire Shin Megami Tensei series from Famicom to Saturn was 1st person, not counting the Persona games or those two strategy series spinoffs.

Fester's Quest for the NES technically had 1st person dungeons, but they were empty and only served as an obstacle to each boss.

There's probably a ton I'm missing, here.

Well, I suppose you could include Phantasy Star I since dungeon crawling was done entirely in a "3D perspective".

And Shining The Holy Ark was fantastic.
