Well, I'll bet that most, if not all of you who are looking forward the upcoming Smash Bros. Brawl like I am have been on top of the updates, and therefore already know what I going to say, but for those who maybe haven't heard the news...

Today's update is Sonic's special moves! I have to wonder what the difference is between those two spin dashes.

This is very exciting news. It was actually released on Tuesday in Japan. Its nice to see a little showcase of his special moveset. They went with retro style attacks which is nice.

Benoit, I believe the difference between the two rolls are the charge. Side + B is just a roll, perhaps like Yoshi's egg attack, where his Down + B seems more like Jigglypuffs charge and demolish attack.

As far as them surrendering. They did that way back when they decided to no longer make consoles. Sonic had to go somewhere. But it was the best financial move possible. Plus, now I don't have to worry about buying a lot of consoles.

The side B move can also be charged, though probably not as much, so I guess you're right.

Just one PS character would be an interesting add, though it may confuse the non-believers (Those ignorant of the real PS games.)

I could see Chaz or Rolf blowing apart the screen with Megid or something, maybe Wren nuking someone with a positron bolt.

It's a bit of a stretch however. I see PSU being more of a posibility, since that is where Sega's focus is right now. Perhaps some PS trophies.

However, I think, well, I practically believe that we are going to see Nights. With a game coming up and him being a ressurected Sega icon, I think he is the type of contribution Sega will make aside from Sonic characters.

If there were to be a PS char in smash bross, the best choice might be Nei.
At least, she does bear the same name in Jp and EU US, plus many PS fan took her look and name in order to make a PSO PSU char. (I wish I could make a Yusis/Rolf or a Rudy/Chaz character but it's impossible on PSO/U...)

Aaaalala, I could see me choosing one of her 4 costumes one of which could make her appear as Rika, one other with Mieu's clothes and the other one as NeiFirst XD .

Too bad I'm not a billionaire capable of spending millions on a game. hahaha

NiGHts as a character would tempt me, just because the character and game are so awesome in every way.

as far as PS characters go, I'd like Myau. not only is he a great character, i think jumping around the screen as a cat, slashing your enemy across the face and landing on all fours would be awesome. i dont know what ranged attacks he would have, though, as he doesn't know magic. maybe he would launch himself across the screen really fast and fall off the platform like a ninny, like lots of the characters do?

Myau does know magic. I'd imagine they could use his Protect spell to stop or even deflect projectiles like some other characters.

Since when did every character need ranged attacks, anyway?

Just kidding. Characters don't need projectiles. But I personally would prefer to use one that does. Strategically, they are a big part of my fight style.

Glad to see you like the NiGHts idea Mister Death. I think it is very probable. (Another reason is that the new NiGHts game is Wii exclusive).
