Anyone browsed using a textual web browser?

I'm using Lynx 2.8.2 to browse Phantasy Star Cave (but not to type this message) in order to see what I can improve. The site is looking fine so far. The message board is a trainwreck, though. I haven't tried my board skin yet.

I use links to browse PS Cave sometimes. I guess eLinks is better, but I like to take advantage the graphical side of it sometimes to test my own pages.
I have also lynx installed.

How was your experience browsing PS Cave with Links?

Since my last post I've seen a lot of instances where the alternate text for an image was inappropriate. But I think overall the site does well in textual mode.

Quite well except for these forums.
Shots: 1, 2.
No page here actually passes my "links -g" test. ;) Another good way to test pages is using browser named dillo. :P

I'll be setting new pages up soon.
The address will be http://zelan.zapto.org .
Atm there's not much things you can call content.

Using Lynx now to browse the message board using my skin. The verdict: much better than the default skin, but still awkward to browse. It's obvious that while I did try to apply semantics, I mostly copied phpBB's default design, which doesn't make much sense.

I must say that I don't like how Lynx handles tables. There's no effort to align anything, which makes reading one confusing. A good example is the board index. You see a title, two seemingly random numbers, and a note about the latest post on each row.

Just imagine a web browser in DOS.
