Make your own Sonic The Hedgehog level on playsega.com

Man, I wish I had some money so I could get at least the 6 month VIP subscription to playsega.com. You get a free joypad and get to play old Sega classics (Phantasy Star II is even coming to the server soon), but there's also extra stuff you can do like make your own Sonic The Hedgehog level. Boy, I'd love to make a Phantasy Star-inspired Sonic stage if nobody there has already. Also would love to make another Sonic level that was inspired by another old Sega game:Bio-hazard Battle, which was a bizarre post-apocalyptic space shooter.
