Facebook and Myspace?

Do anyone have facebook or myspace here? it would be nice if we all would add one other as friends there?

<IMO>Myspace is full of advertizers and flash. Most of the profile pages takes ages to load. They really should consider limiting user priviliges to modify their profile pages.</IMO>
Facebook... What I've heard is that you can only interact with people from same area (country?). True? Anyway I don't like the Facebook policy. They also seem to gather information around the net about their users.
If I had to choose it would be Facebook, but I wouldn't never register with my real name.
(Please, correct anyting I said if you find it misleading.)

Orkut is simple and functional. The community feature is very useful, and anyone can create moderated discussion boards about any subject (though the moderation tools are somewhat limited, and the community and personal pages are not much customizable). I spend most of my time on internet reading and answering to posts in communities about History, Botany, Physics, random silliness... and Phantasy Star.
The overflow of brazilian users may spoil the experience of non-portuguese speaking users, since it´s likely that you will have brazilian semi-analphabet preteens showing up here and there just to show that they own the lol internets or something. It kinda spoils the experience of civilized portuguese speaking users too :^P

There was a PSCave IRC channel 2 or 3 years ago. It was about Benoit, Khyron, Peegai and me messing up online most of the time :^P

I avoid social network sites, but I do go on IRC every once in a while. A PS Cave IRC channel will open up again when the community gets a little more active again.

An IRC channel wouldn't be such a bad idea... plus, if we were to open up something on facebook, traffic might increase here a little. that could be good an bad...
