See.. the IQ tests psychologist use is also the one to test to see if a convict has mental retardation or not.<p>below 60 is severe, 65 is medium, 70 is little..<p>If they score a 70, you have to look at adaptive functioning. GAF score.. This tells how well they can function in society with their IQ level. I believe more in Mönstringsenehten (the Drafting Office perhaps?). Their test was not an IQ test, though, allthough it was similar. It was designed to measure both intelligence (in the logical sense) and also how well you work under preassure.<p>There I go babbling away again... Fortunately, emotional intelligence is something you can work on and improve if you know how.
