Hacker arrested for octopus virus

tl;dr: The virus programmer was arrested for creating a virus that spread through the Winny P2P network that upon execution sent a victim's files to a central server before replacing them with a manga image of a squid, octopus or sea urchin. Last time he was arrested for copyright infringement. He thought he wouldn't be caught this time because now he drew them himself.
