I think it's bit stupid.

I think these too should have their own day if capslock has: Break-day, AltGr-day, Print screen-day, backslash-day...

Mad Hatter day is better. Falls on 10/6. I know different countries put the day/month diferently, so the day goes by your day/month. Other word, in the US it is October 6th, in the UK it is the 10th of June.
