Is there any "Peninsula of Power" in any Phantasy Star games

In the original Final Fantasy, there were a couple squares near the start of the game that spawned endgame enemies.

I would imagine that it's similar in Phantasy Star (which is to say, everything is on a grid, so a small sliver of the overworld might spawn enemies from a different area). The only place I can think of where this would be somewhat likely is near Baya Malay, but on the other side of the area.

In PSIV I once found a two square spot somewhere close to the Ladea Tower where you only encounter the same enemies as outside of Piata. That's the only one I know of and it's "reverse".

If you walk west and north of Tyler, you can fight enemies that are around Meese.

I still swear to this day that the little forest above the space port on Palma had Sphinx' in it.

There isn’t really any such place in PSIV where you meet very strong enemies too early, even the monsters on Dezolis north of Tyler aren’t super hard.

The closest is probably the Sandworms you can meet outside Monsen and Termi.
