There was always a theory that went around that Tyler lent a hand in taking down the spaceship Noah from outside. He was probably under orders from Lutz to wait until Dark Force and Mother Brain were defeated until he would make his move.

I need to refresh my memory... In PSIV there's the Tyler's grave. Is there any relevant information?

I think it’s likely they survived. Lutz could’ve easily teleported them away from the battle, and it’s not like an army of earth men would even be a threat after all fighting Dark Force and Mother Brain.

My theory is that they and Tyler settled on Dezolis. They knew Motavia was in for a rough time and that they wouldn’t be rewarded as heroes due to destroying Mother Brain, but Dezolisians were probably less affected so settling there would be the easiest option.
