OK, I can't believe this information doesn't seem to be anywhere on the internet, but...

How do you steal the visiphone in PSG2?
I've got Silka up to level 10 and I've been in and out of the Central Tower like a thousand times, and still nothing.

Reportedly, since the level cap in PSG:2 was up'd to 99, the level needed to take the visiphone was up'd too. I heard it was Lv30 but I'm not 100% sure.
