Other lutz generations

Anyone ever think of the other characters that were lutz before rune? The old man at the esper mansion mentions rune Walsh as the fifth generation lutz. So the original is the first, rune is the 5th, then there are 3 others. Could have been a cool prequel before ps4.

Maybe it could have been a cool prequel, but no one thinks of these characters for two simple reasons:
1) It has never been stated when Lutz actually died, or how long his successors live while carrying his will
2) Between PS2 (when Lutz was still alive) and PS4, The "Great Collapse" occurred, with society in the system trying to recover and rebuild from the disaster; not to mention that it would take a LOT of magic for Lutz's successor to go from Dezoris to Motavia and back frequently.

Well Lutz 1 was still alive during PS2 and the gap between 2 and 4 is 1000 years, so the other 3 didn't stay asleep for very long. It has always struck me as odd.
