Through some judicious save state hacking and Game Genie, I was able to defeat Dark Force with Rhys just to see what would happen.

Sean's ending played as normal, except it said "RHYS: This city is too evil to leave standing" ... "RHYS used the Megido technique" or whatever. It was pretty funny.

Interestingly enough, I did the same thing with Nial a while back and the game froze before showing any individual ending.
