But, it's probably a tossup between her and Kain as to who is my fourth character after Nei dies (with Rolf/Rudo/Amy being the other three). She's good, but Alis is simply better. Her HP growth, use of swords, the Laconian Shield, Diamond Armor, ability to use HEAL, FIRE, and FLY (and you can use ROPE to beat Medusa without the Mirror Shield if you want), gives her the edge.

She came from humble beginnings as a hunter on Mota, and had a dream to become the best and most useful Phantasy Star character of all time. She did a magnificent job to get this far, knocking off fellow slicer user Kara and then shocking the world by defeating Sari via tiebreaker. However, her dream looks to be shattered, as Alis is proving to be too much for the poor young woman, and this hole is just too deep to climb out of.
