What age are the characters in PS2?

I recall Rolf being 20 and Nei being 2.

I'd say Rudo is about 30.

I'd say Amy is about 21.

I'd say Hugh is 22.

I'd say Anna is 24.

I'd say Kain is 25

and I'd say Shir is 19.

The Compendium gives birth dates for everyone (except for Anna), so we can use those to determine their age. I think I recall reading when in the year PSII takes place, but I don't remember where I read that and when it was.
