Phantasy Star IV Deluxe?

My idea would have 6 extra features in it and these would be them:
-Have the Akasha and Shadow Mirage added back in
-Have Gryz be able to equip knives (he originally was going to be able to)
-Have those unused maps back in
-Have an extra enemy added to an enemy group, like how some enemy groups have only 2 pallete swaps, then it will be 3
-Have Seth learn a really unique technique at a high level
-Have an extra item that can do a cool thing, not sure what though.
