Vahal Fort - PS4

I'm currently stuck. I've already beaten the Strength and Courage Tower, and various walkthroughs are giving me the impression that I should already have Wren's Positron Bolt. I can't seem to enter Vahal Fort for some reason, does anyone know if I still have stuff left to do before entering Vahal?

Vahal Fort is only accessible after taking the Hunter's Guild mission Silver Soldier. Take it quick before it becomes inaccessible!

I was sure it was a guild mission, but I haven't played ps4 in such long time, I'm not sure.
