On Toyo Ozaki's blog, there's a very interesting picture that is included in this post. It seems she might be coming out with another book, but google translate is very rough with translations.

If anyone could offer more precise details, please share them!

Yep, that is hers. That's where I found the pictures (there were only two). And yes, that's the actual timeline for the original (Japanese) Phantasy Star. =P
