Did Conspiracy fold?

On phantasy-star.net, there was an announcement that Conspiracy closed shop, but I can't find any information on it online. I wanted to know if this is true because they were to release the english phantasy star remakes, and this could put their release in major jeopardy...

I heard Conspiracy wasn´t going to work on the translations of PS Generations anymore. I don´t know if it means they are just abandoning the PS:G1 translation, or if they are going to finish it and then leave.<p>Either way, I think it will take a long time before we see any remake out in the occident before the end of this year. The rumor of that "PS Trilogy" being released at once in America may eventually come true :^P

Bogus. The PS Pages doesn't even have a link to back it up. I can't find a thing about it at GameSpot or IGN.<p>The rumor about them not working anymore on PST is bogus as well. Someone recently e-mailed Conspiracy Entertainment for the release date, and they responded as if they were still working on it. So...

So...<br></blockquote><p>That was actually quite awhile ago (like, before the PSCave closed back in September of '04), and since then Sega repossessed all the other remakes for localization. <p>Now, on a more recent note, Conspiracy won't return phone calls or emails anymore (they used to, though it might take a few days).
