Kite Dragon in PSII

I've always (...since I first met this enemy while playing some years ago...) wondered "why this name"...

It's a TREE! Translation error prehaps?
Then there's also a Kait Dragon. But it's dragon, or at least flying creature. That's fine for me.
Anyone have any clues about this Kite Dragon?

was the mis-naming in all 3 PSIIs? (REV00, REV01, REV02) i usually only play REV02.

i just checked, they are both named correctly in REV02.
