How 'do' you determine where Siren is located in 3rd Generat

[Xian Shade]

Like anyone that's played PSIII, most people know where to find Siren in the third Generation, on Sage's Isle.
But my question is, just how do you find out about it? Do you talk to a specific person and they let you in on the fact that they saw a Wren unit going into an island far out into the ocean nobody goes to? Do you just run across him by accident while looking for the sages? Just what made people look there for him in the first place, before walkthroughs?

Hmmm. You've got a good point there.
Perhaps the walkthroughs were there right from the start - a la PSII.

I usually find Siren on MSN.
Ooops, wrong topic. :p
