I'm thinking of creating a crossover of Phantasy Star games into an rp, to add a little more than just talking about it to the site. But before I decide to do that, I should find out if anyone would join it, so go ahead and discuss it here.

What's an rp?

Rp is short for roleplay... it's basically like an rpg, except you type out the actions you would do. I'm thinking of making it so you can either be a character from any of the series or an original character.

Creating text adventure isn't easy. You need to write a lot of text.

I remember creating one short text adventure with some kind of program that makes the adventure into html format. But it really made it horrible. So I stopped delevoping it.

Well, you SORT OF got it right. rping is a form of text adventure.... it basically is. And, you know, we could make a PS text-based MUDD using the Dragon Adventure engine offered on some servers on the internet.

Okay, here goes. I am going to make it! For those of you who need a fast lesson in rping and want to join, here are basic rules...

1. Do not god-mod. God-modding is were you have a character who never gets hit, damaged, or can do literally everything, like cast Megid with no energy cost. Also, you can NEVER kill a charatcer unless you have permission from the person.

2. Actions can be done in any way you want, so long as you can differentiate between talking and actions... here's an example of 2 main types of rping...

*Chaz laughs* There's no way I'll lose!

Chaz laughs, then says, "There's no way I'll lose!"

3. Since this is a non-explicit site, please don't put explicit sexual content in the posts. Because really, who wants to see that?!
