It's so frustrating that I still can't play it!<p>It's the only game I've not played.<p>I've heard it is similar in style to PSII, which is by far my favourite.

The character sprites are very similar, true, but there's no blatant mazes like in II (thank god, says me) and MUCH more dialogue... And the battles are more... developed. Much more dialogue and character development throughout, too.<br>Though I suppose PSII and IV are the two games with the most in common in the series...

Sure, graphically they are very similar, and it does have all of the things I'd want in PSII, i.e. the character development, dialogue and better battles, but I still love the sheer impossibility of the PSII dungeons.<p>That's just me though.

Yea, Phantasy Star IV was my favorite, so it's cool that you can play it again

I can't play PSIV because I cannot get any emulators on my computer (my Dad won't let me), I've not yet got the original, and I can't find the Sega Saturn PS Collection...<p>I own the GBA PS Collection, but that has PSI, PSII, and PSIII.<p>I also own the original PAL versions of those games now, and my PSIII has the manual. Woot.

why don't you get a emu on a floppy and play it from there? Another thing is that roms are illigal if you don't own the original game.

I'm not going to go behind my dad's back and undermine his authority.<p>I'll just wait until I can find a copy of the original... I'm not too bothered.
