Made by Mike Ripp. It's far from official, and he used the Star Trek Klingon dictionary as his inspiration for making the Dezo dictionary...

Not to mention different prices will be charged at the shops according to which hat you have on. It's not relevant though, I had more than enough money from levelling up.
