Or even more.
Wren is just a type of android. ;)
In both PS III and IV there are other Wren you fight. And on this board there are four Wrens that I have counted. Might be some leeway on that.

Exactly, there're lots of Ren-types androids in the game and PSIV Wren's real name is Fuoren.
Anyway, I think that Wren could be the symbol of the game 'cause Phantasy Star was always famous for its mixture of fantasy and hi-tech. Wren is an outstanding character.
And that's true, musk cats are cool too:)

It's not Fuoren, but Forren!
Rebecca Capowski wrote:Wren - Forren (Yes, yes, I know part deux - everyone uses "Fuoren". It's more aesthetically pleasing, but it's incorrect. In katakana, the android's name is spelled fu - small o - dash/sound elongation/macron sign - re - n. Had the designers intended it to be "Fuoren", they would've used fu - regular-size o - re - n. "Fuoren" is pronounced differently, to boot.)

The pronunciation is still quite the same, I think? At least I would speak out those words in very similiar way... Expect in finnish language but that's not the case anyway.
I am NaN!
