What is your favorite enemy and boss in Phantasy Star 0?
Enemy: Euladaveil - They're just creepy...
Boss: Dark Falz - I liked how they made it, like some sort of bizarre mix of angel, mask, insect...

That octopus boss, Octo Diablo or something like that. One of the missions with Sarisa contains possible tentacle rape.

Sadly, no. Have you met the "Leg Guys" at Dark Shrine? Yeah, the -veil class has part of the torso added in the top of them. I tried making a the doll using all the 3 main enemies there, but I can't figure out which is the head... maybe Zerreo? [/offtopic]

Enemy is a tie between Booma Origin (they are hilarious looking) and Vespeo.
My favorite boss is probably Octo Diablo. He sort of has a Vol Opt feel to him.

I didn't like dark falz' design at all. looks like some kind of mutant elephant. But I definitely like Mother for a boss.

Mother HEAVILY made me think of Mother Brain from PSII.

Yeah thats what I thought too. Mother looks like motherbrain from ps2 and sorta from PSU.
